One of the most important milestone in LVT product development was the invention for loose lay structure and click n lock system that made it possible to remove the need for glues in vinyl floor installation. Though, even with current loose lay or click system, there are still product niche that can not be fulfilled when it comes to adhesive free LVT products.

Why Peel & Stick Vinyl Tiles are not considered adhesive free?
Peel & stick vinyl tiles are not considered adhesive free as the back side of the LVT tile are pre-applied with adhesion coating that functions just like applied glue. When trying to remove peel & stick LVT floorings, there will be residue from the adhesion coating, therefore they are generally not considered an adhesive free vinyl flooring.
1. Loose Lay Vinyl Tiles
Loose lay vinyl tiles are one of the earlier adhesive free LVT product that lead to significant time saving in installation. Flooring installation projects that used to take weeks can now be completed in just few days.
2. Luxury Vinyl Tiles with Click System
The invention for click n lock system and technology has completely changed the competitive landscape for resilient flooring industry. Whether it be Unilin, Valinge or I4F locking systems, the superb convenience in installation has made LVT click the best selling vinyl flooring product across all geographical markets.
3. Rigid Core SPC Flooring with Click System
Rigid Core SPC flooring has gained its market popularity due to its competitive pricing, rigid performance and improved dimensional stability. The price from SPC tiles will generally be lower than LVT tiles with the same product specification (Surface dimension, Wear Layer Grade, Embossing, Bevel, Thickness etc.) due to increasing ratio for calcium carbonate composition. Hence the name for Stone Polymer Composition.
4. Magnetic Vinyl Tile Flooring
Magnetic vinyl tiles use magnetic force to keep the tile in position. With a magnetic underlayer, magnetic LVT flooring can be easily installed and removed just like loose lay vinyl tiles.
5. Loose Lay Grip Vinyl Tiles
Structured with a self grip underlayment, the loose lay grip LVT tiles have significantly higher grip performance to the subfloor when compared with conventional loose lay vinyl tiles. Loose lay grip technology such as Seta-grip and Quik-grip allows for LVT tiles that are as thin as 2.0mm to stay firmly in position once installed.
